A dedicated Transaction Manager is assigned. Engagement letter and KYC are completed within one business day.

Fund
Wire instructions issued under your matter number. Funds are held in a segregated trust account at one of three principal banks.

Verify
Counterparty conditions, title checks, and disbursement instructions are reviewed by a second Transaction Manager.

Settle
Funds released on satisfaction of conditions. Statement and ledger delivered to all parties of record.
